Every item at 2nd STREET undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection by our professional in-house authenticators to ensure it is 100% genuine before being listed for sale.

What is the condition of the pre-owned items?

We use a standardized grading system ranging from S (New/Unused) to D (Fair condition). Detailed descriptions and photos of any minor wear are provided on each product page.

What are your shipping rates and delivery times?

We offer flat-rate shipping across the continental US. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, with standard delivery arriving between 3-7 business days.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items, provided they are in their original condition with all 2nd STREET tags still attached. Final sale items are excluded.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international fashion enthusiasts in the near future.
